Albillo Real
There is a total of five varieties in Spain that have the word Albillo in their titles, but the one referred to solely by the word Albillo is always Albillo Real, a grape lacking any sort of renown for its particular qualities, usually described as being rather neutral in both aroma and flavour. It is occasionally added to red wine, supposedly to enhance those wines’ aromatics, but since it is considered to be lacking in that department itself, perhaps it doesn’t bring much to the table.
