Not Yet Ready wines are those that really should be kept for a little longer for them to show at their best. However, if you are desperate to open one up and see what’s inside, we’d recommend decanting it well in advance of consumption to give the air a chance to work its magic. And perhaps only open one bottle in the case at this stage.
